Seto Kaiba

Seto Kaiba is the champion of Duel Monsters in his country. He is also the only person in the world to poses the legendary Blue Eyes White Dragon. He is ruthless, loves to toy with his opponent, and also has his own company. Kaiba is the owner of a company that makes high tech devices, in particular Duel Monsters. (Kaiba Corp.) He has a younger brother named Mokuba, in which Kaiba loves even more then the sweet taste of victory. He seems rude and a jerk, but when you had a past like his, you'd be a little angry at the world as well. He is obsessed with figuring out how a kid out of no where (Yugi) could beat a champion like him. He challenged Yugi's Grandpa to a duel, and wins. He also rips the only Blue Eyes White Dragon card that wasn't Seto's in two. Then he challenges Yugi, and somehow Yugi was able to draw the one card that gave him the victory; Exodia. Kaiba wants to defeat Yugi more then anything, but when he finally does it wasn't for himself. He wanted to save his poor little brother, Mokuba from Pegasus. He is sort of a technical genius in away, being able to break into other computers with out breaking a sweat. Yugi does begin to grow on Seto later on, and it shows when Seto begins to believe in the Heart of the cards.

Joey Wheeler is (Jonouchi Katsuya) sort of like a gang member must not. He acts tough but cares for his friends very much. His best friend Tristan (Honda) were at first considered the School Bullies who liked to pick on other kids. Joey at first seemed like a jerk but Yugi softened him up. Joey is a bit hard-headed and jumps into things a bit to quickly. He pays sometimes for not thinking. Even though he got intense training from Yugi's Grandpa he still can't seem to do real well in the game of Duel Monsters. It is more or less luck that helps him win, along with Yugi's couching. He is learning though. He entered the Dueling Tournament with the help of Yugi's star-chip. Joey needs to win the tournament or have Yugi win so he can help his sister, Serenity, who may go blind if she doesn't get a very expensive surgery. Joey loves to fight with Tristan or anyone at that matter.

Maximillion Pegasus

Maximillion Pegasus is the creator of duel monsters. He lives in a huge castle and is very rich. He appears to be evil and steals souls from people by using the millenium eye that he possesses. He then challenges someone to a duel so he can seal their soul/ take their millenium item as a prize. However, Pegasus is actually quite innocent of his doing. He is just trying to revive his wife that died of a tragic disease. To do that, he will need to own many millenium items and the Kaiba Inc. But he is actually not bad because he keeps all of his promises that he makes. His intentions failed when he lost a duel to Yugi Motou/Yami Yugi. He kept his promise and released Seto Kaiba, Mokuba Kaiba, and Yugi's Grandpa's souls. Just there and then, The evil Bakura stole Pegasus's millenium eye and ran off, leaving him quite vulnerable.

A word from me: I feel so sorry for myself. The main reason I chose to be Pegasus is of his pride and sorrow past. I hope I turn out ok.

Yami Yugi

Yami Yugi is a spirit that lies within Yugi Motou. He is a Egyptian pharaoh who sealed away the "Shadow Games" long ago. He is very smart and has a complex mind. His spirit was sealed in the millenium puzzle that Yugi Motou possesses. He might have seemed to be helping Yugi in the beginning, but that is only because the secrets to his past weren't unlocked. "Yami", stands for "evil", so once in the show, Yami Yugi had his memories revived and remembered his past. He then really turned evil. Yugi Motou had to duel Yami Yugi so he doesn't effect anyone. In one episode, The evil spirit in Bakura stole Pegasus's millenium eye, and a mysterious person wished to find the thief. Since Yugi was the first one he saw, he went into his mind. He saw two chambers; one was like a little child's bedroom (Yugi Motou) and the other was a dark chamber like a maze with so many traps. There, some secrets were revealed... (See Episode Listings For More Details!)

A word from me: Well, well, well, I can tell that many secrets lies within Yugi's millenium puzzle, that's why I wish to posses it for a good cause...

Mai Valentine looks like a super model but looks are only skin deep. She is brat and a bit self centered, and thinks that she is able to beat anyone and anything. She is a skilled duelist who mainly just uses Harpy Lady and a bunch of traps and magic cards. She has an advantage making people think she is psychic by being able to prophesize what card she will draw. Truth is she only uses a bunch of different perfumes on each card she has, in which she can smell? her way to victory. When she loses to a rookie (Joey) she finds another duelist to take Joey down. Rex Raptor. But Rex losses. ( she may just have a crush on Joey, but doesn't show it) Mai sort of charms guys with her looks making them think they can beat her, but end up getting creamed. She is a very tough girl and a very tough duelist

Tea Gardner is the voice
of reason of the group. She tends to talk a little to much for not being the
main character but that's okay. She is willing to (like everyone else in the
group) do anything to help her friends. She is also the only girl. Her cards
are kind of girly-girlish but if they can win who cares if their little, cute?
and cuddly? She has mainly fairies in her deck. (She may have a crush on
Yami Yugi) Her life dream is to study dance in New York and well, become a
dancer. A childhood friend of Yugi's, Tea is always there to cheer her
friends on. She ends up dueling Mai and to everyone's surprise, wins. It
must have felt great since Tea despises Mai, for her rudeness and all. Tea
Gardner's favorite card is the Magician of Faith.

Yugi is a little boy who's considered shy and quiet. However, he is very serious and honorable to all his friends. He's always able to maintain friendship under any cause, and for that, he's made a special connection with everyone he cares about. His friends are: Joey, Tristan, Tea, Bakura, and maybe Mai. He is very talented, skillful and a elite duelist. He trust in the heart of the cards and his millenium puzzle, so he duel all opponents with faith and honor. Yugi always looks out for others and even was nice enough to give Joey 3 million dollars (he earned as prize money for winning Pegasus's competition) and let him spend it on his sister's operation. Yugi is also the main character in the anime show "Yu-Gi-Oh", so the story is centered around him.

A word from me: Pegasus's (Me) toughest competition yet. But as you guessed, Yugi-boy is no match for me... and the powers of my millenium eye...*_@

Rebecca is very skilled with magic and Wizards (Duel Monsters) She is so good she became a champion but she is a pipsqueak. She is very young and loves her little teddy bear. She can get a bit annoying. She is the granddaughter of Sugoroku Mutou's friend Arthur Hawkins. She accuses Sugoroku Mutou of stealing her valuable very rare (Now ripped up thanks to Kaiba) Blue Eyes White Dragon. She receives Ties of Friendship from Yugi, who received the card from Pegasus.
